Toi Labs began with a novel digestive disease treatment published in Science Translational Medicine in 2010. From there, we have been using cutting-edge technology to create data from waste. Dave is a serial entrepreneur who is the founder and Chairman of Brondell, a toilet technology company. He also founded Freestyle Capital, as well as two companies that Sony and Time Warner acquired for $385 million. He is a graduate of MIT.
Vik founded Toi Labs and has led organizations to develop products that touch millions of healthcare consumers and pioneered new treatments for IBD. He was previously an investor with Battery Ventures. He is a graduate of Harvard.
Kevin spent more than 20 years in product design and hardware engineering. He has scaled multiple medical and consumer health products to mass production and has authored multiple patents. He holds a BS in Industrial Design.
Chinmay spent more than 10 years developing novel platforms and associated assays for IVD applications. He has successfully led validation studies for 510(k) clearance and holds a PhD from UC Santa Barbara in Chemical Engineering.

Sean has more than 10 years of experience in software development and bioengineering. He served as a software engineer at BookFresh and as a research scientist at Gilead Sciences. He holds a PhD in Bioengineering from UCSF, where he conducted post-doctoral research.

Elise has more than 6 years of experience as a biomedical engineer. She served as a Senior R&D Engineer at CareFusion, is a graduate of Stanford's Biodesign Program, and holds a BS in Biomedical Engineering from Washington University.
Ben has more than 15 years of experience in engineering design and development, particularly in the biomedical industry. He has worked at Google, AccelRX Pharmaceuticals, and GoPro and holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke.
Eli has more than 10 years of experience as a software engineer, particularly in the field of data visualization and analytics. He holds an MS from Stanford in Computer Science.
